How To Use
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Place a carrier oil** on your palm first, add 1-2 drops of essential oil, and proceed to rub onto forehead, temples, sinus area, back of neck and shoulders to relieve stress. Massage onto abdomen to relieve stomach discomfort. Diffuse 1-3 drops in our Essential Oil Diffuser to relieve cold symptoms or to relax during meditation sessions.
